SAR provides a Property Inspection service to our clients. Our Property Inspection service is designed to give our clients peace of mind.

Our Property Inspection service includes:

Lone worker checks
Checking fire paths, exit routes and final exits are kept clear
Checking for water leaks
Energy saving – where directed, turning off lights, radios and blow heaters/fans that are not in use
Turning on/off boilers where directed
Scheduled firefighting equipment checks (hose reels/fire extinguishers and fire blankets)
Lifesaving equipment checks (for example, defibrillators & first aid kits)
Monitoring and reporting on any anti-social behaviour
Reporting broken windows
Reporting damage to property
Safely discarding of drug related paraphernalia
Assisting staff with various ad-hoc duties
Assisting staff to their vehicles in remote areas/late at night
